2) Effective Pond Volume
To determine the correct equipment for your pond, the actual volume
of the system must be adjusted to compensate for adverse environmental
factors. This is easily done by working out the 'effective volume'
of your pond taking into consideration such factors as, direct exposure
to sunlight, shallow depth, fish, climatic conditions etc. The 'effective
volume' of your pond is determined by adding the percentages listed
below to it's actual volume
