Australia wide delivery of pond pumps and filters for only $10
We charge a flat shipping rate of $10.00 for all
Australian mainland orders including Tasmania regardless of the
number of items, size or weight.
Pumps, filters and
accessories are normally in stock, ready to be shipped soon
after we have received your order and we have confirmed payment and
permission for where your goods can be left. (front door, behind
bins etc) We use couriers who will charge us a redelivery fee if
they are unable to deliver your goods. This cost may be passed on to
the customer if access was not possible.
Pond Liner can
present a slight delay, it may take up to 2-3 days to allow for the
cutting, and our suppliers will send the Pond liner direct via their
chosen freight company, again permission to leave will be sought.
Metro Melbourne. Usually next day, but sometimes may take 2
days.
Outer Melbourne 2 days.
Geelong & Frankston 2 days
Country. 2 to 5 days
Metro Sydney - Should be 2 working days but allow for 3 days
Outer Sydney metro - 2 - 3 days
Near north and south coast (Wollongong to Newcastle) - 2 - 3 days
North coast. Port Macquarie - Coffs Harbour etc - 3 to 5 days
Country NSW - 3 - 6 days
Canberra. 2 - 3 days
Adelaide. Next day
Outer Adelaide metro. 1 -2 days
Country. 2 - 4 days
Brisbane - should be 3, but allow 4 days
Near north and south coast (Gold coast to Sunshine coast) 3 - 4
days
Cairns - 5 to 7 days
Townsville - 5 to 7 days
McKay/Rockhampton - 5 to 6 days
Country Qld - 5 to 10 days, (not all areas covered 2 times per
week)
Hobart and Launceston - 3 -4 days seems about average.
Country Tasmania. 4 -6 days
Perth - 4-6 days
For some unknown reason, Western Australia seems to take longer
than it should. Perth is often 4 - 6 working days.
WA Country up to 9 plus working days
Darwin - 5 to 7 days (depends on freight heading north)
Alice Springs - 5 to 7 days
Country NT - 6 to 12 days
Our order confirmation will advise the number of expected days
* When calculating delivery days please do not include the day
the order is shipped as a travel day.
Special note....We are quoting delivery times based on the expectations
of our delivery vendors (StarTrack Express, TNT, Fastway and Australia
Post). While in normal conditions the delivery expectations are
meet, sometimes deliveries are delayed for a variety of situations
and conditions experienced by these carriers.
Once equipment is in the hands of the chosen carrier, we are of
course are powerless to force a deliver, all we can do is to prompt
them into action. We therefore ask for your understanding when on
the odd occasion a delivery is late in arriving. |
