Suitable for: Oase Biotec Gravity filters are built for large koi ponds where gravity water filtration is required. Biotec filters are the top of the range in pond gravity filters. They are available with a capacity to suit up to 23,000 litres per hour.
What we liked: The filter can be placed near the pond or on top of a waterfall. Comes with mechanical filtration material. They are without a doubt the best pond gravity filters available in Australia. Sizes of ponds from 8,000 litres to 140,000 litres. The larger filters also come with automated screens which filter out large clumps of algae and leaves. These units can also have the Oase Bitron UV clarifiers installed prior to filtration.
Less than ideal: None.

**This pump has a little too much flow, intalling a water release kit will help reduce some of this flow.
